Kevin leads deal sourcing, underwriting, and market selection. He evaluates opportunities across markets to identify assets that meet Westline's investment and risk standards.

Ryan oversees business plan execution, third party management, and property performance. He is responsible for ensuring that each asset operates according to plan and that performance is reported clearly and accurately.
